济南居易酿造有限公司创建于1992年，位于济南经十东路章丘市官庄镇驻地。现有职工120余人，技术人员十余人。生产规模为年产酿造酱油两万吨，食醋一万吨，甜面酱五千吨。

公司紧紧依靠科技进步，秉承“以人为本、崇尚自然、营养健康”的企业理念，精心铸造“居易”品牌。通过引进设备，采用出色技术，建立质检手段，营造优美生产环境等。

2013年初，公司投资2000万元，在章丘南部山区流转了4000亩山地，注册了“山东易谷农林文化产业园”，作为公司的原料基地。现在，基地建设已完成，已种植300亩的大果桑葚，100亩的菊花，还有近千亩的山楂、柿子、核桃等果树，为企业菊花醋，桑葚醋，山果醋的生产奠定了坚实的原料基础。同时，园内的道路和水利设施也已完成，初步具备了采摘和休闲的功能。
