贝森朵夫钢琴厂有限公司是一家奥地利钢琴制造公司，其母公司是日本山叶株式会社。不同于一般的钢琴制造商，贝森朵夫生产92键以及97键的三角钢琴的厂商（一般钢琴为88键）。

纳茨去世后，他的儿子路德维希贝森多夫于1859年接管公司的运营并于1860年将公司迁至新址，后来成为贝森朵夫音乐厅。1909年，公司被一名叫卡尔·胡特尔斯特拉瑟的商人买下，并于1966年售予晶宝国际公司。直至2002年，公司被奥地利Bawag P.S.K.银行购得，公司股权又回到了奥地利人手中。但是2007年12月20日，Bawag P.S.K.银行又把公司所有的股权卖给了日本的山叶株式会社。

自贝森朵夫创办180年的悠久历史中，只制造了48,000台钢琴，现在每年的制造数也仅为350台。这是贝森朵夫重视传统的音色、技术，优秀的制作师们放弃大量生产，对每一台钢琴都花费充足的时间从而制造出“艺术品”的表现。一台钢琴的制造工期耗时约62周。之后调音•整音等最终调整耗时约8周。这是融入制作者灵魂的事业，也是时至今日依然深受世界各国人民喜爱的缘由所在。
