公司坐落于湖北赤壁,前身是始建于1951年由国家设立的中华茶叶公司羊楼洞松峰茶厂,1956年公私合营后成为我国保留的茶厂之一;羊楼洞自唐贞观年间种茶开始,是巴楚地区较早的茶产地之一,是“茶马古道”发源地之一。

公司自有和联营的万亩茶叶基地辐射湖北赤壁、湖北崇阳、湖北襄阳谷城、福建安溪两省三市。旗下拥有“羊楼洞”老青茶、“羊楼松峰”绿茶、赤壁红茶三种主要茶系。

公司于2013年7月31日在武汉股权托管交易中心正式挂牌交易,股权代码:100045,股权名称:羊楼洞茶;总股本5000万股。

2012年,公司引进了扁形绿茶全自动化生产线,并于当年正式投入使用。2013年,公司已经成功引进了清洁化紧压茶自动化生产线和多条自动包装线,2014年,已建成的高标准GMP厂房交付使用。

Yangloudong Tea Industry Co., Ltd. is a multi brand operation and diversified development tea industry group integrating tea product research and development, production, processing, sales, tea house management, tea culture industry and ecological tourism. The company is located in Chibi, Hubei Province. Its predecessor is Yangloudong SONGFENG tea factory, a Chinese tea company founded by the state in 1951, which became one of the tea factories reserved in China after the public-private partnership in 1956. Yangloudong Tea was planted in Zhenguan period of Tang Dynasty. It is one of the earliest tea producing areas in Bachu area and one of the birthplaces of "ancient tea horse road". On July 31, 2013, the company was officially listed and traded in Wuhan equity custody trading center, with equity code of 100045, equity name of yangloudongcha, and total equity of 50 million shares. In 2012, the company introduced the flat green tea fully automated production line, which was officially put into use in that year. In 2013, the company has successfully introduced clean pressed tea automatic production line and multiple automatic packaging lines. In 2014, the high standard GMP plant has been built and delivered for use. Yangloudong Tea Co., Ltd. aims to promote the Millennium tea culture of Yangloudong and provide sincere service. In 2011, it invested 1 billion yuan to build "China Chibi Yangloudong Tea Ecological Culture Industrial Park". Relying on the natural ecological landscape of the tea garden, the cultural industrial park is developed against the background of the Han culture system, the Chibi culture system of the Three Kingdoms, the ancient tea and horse road culture system of Yangloudong and the tourism culture system of the tea industrial park, and is built into a modern tea culture industrial park integrating "tea planting, tea making, tea tasting, tea appreciation and tea buying".
