公司于2013年7月31日在武汉股权托管交易中心正式挂牌交易，股权代码：100045，股权名称：羊楼洞茶；总股本5000万股。

2012年，公司引进了扁形绿茶全自动化生产线，并于当年正式投入使用。2013年，公司已经成功引进了清洁化紧压茶自动化生产线和多条自动包装线，2014年，已建成的高标准GMP厂房交付使用。
