泰顺县茶业协会成立以来一直以提高经营效益和农民经济收入为目标,以增强我县茶叶市场竞争力为核心,推进规模化、标准化茶叶生产加工基地建设,实行无公害化生产,大力发展绿色、有机茶叶。规范茶叶市场,加强茶叶品质管理,提升泰顺县茶叶市场竞争力。

“三杯香”茶系采用泰顺深山茶园中的茶树之细嫩芽叶,精工细作而成。其外型条索细紧苗秀,毫锋显露,大小匀齐,色泽翠绿;内质嫩香或栗香馥郁持久,滋味鲜爽丰厚,汤色绿艳明亮,叶底嫩绿鲜活。以“香高味醇,经久耐泡”而这著称。
