张家口北宗黄酒酿造股份有限公司，在2010年9月由河北省发改委立项筹建，是全国一家小米（张杂谷）黄酒酿造企业。公司建于酿酒之乡———河北省张家口市怀涿盆地沙城，是中华合符实现一次大融合的地方，是黄酒的诞生地。2022年，张家口市将与北京市合力承办冬奥会，届时，作为张家口特产，北宗黄酒必将吸引来自国内外的共同瞩目。
2011年12月，公司一期工程建成投产，现有资产3.5亿元，拥有以黍米为原料的传统型生产线一条，以“张杂谷”小米为原料的现代型生产线一条，以及糟烧固态发酵蒸馏生产线一条，具备生产黄酒能力5万吨。公司生产的黄酒有黍米酒、小米酒、莜麦酒、原生态水果酒（采用当地特产为原料，如石片黄杏、北辛堡桃、草庙苹果、南辛堡海棠、山楂、怀来葡萄等）及代替食用油的小米精髓液等；按含糖量分为甜型、半甜型、干型、半干型；包装设计分为古代、近代、现代三种风格；按产品储藏方式分为洞藏、窖藏、室内、室外储存等。
