无锡市振太酒业有限公司前身为座落于惠泉山峦下的民间手工酿酒作坊,于五十年代初公私合营成立无锡市酒厂。振太多年来几经体制变革,不断发展壮大,2015年加入上海金枫酒业股份有限公司,成为其全资子公司。目前主要产品有:惠泉牌黄酒、锡山牌黄酒、大开福牌黄酒以及和酒等产品。

在原国家轻工业部的支持下,借82年移地扩建的机会,振太公司一改黄酒生产采用陶瓷缸发酵的土法老工艺,采用机械化大容量发酵新工艺,取得了成功,为我国黄酒工业的发展和技术创新做出了贡献。通过多年的实践和探索,不但使黄酒发酵新工艺走向成熟,而且在黄酒陈酿等关键工序上成功地进行了大罐陈酿试验,取得了突破。

Wuxi Zhentai Liquor Co., Ltd., formerly known as the folk manual winery located under the Huiquan mountains, was established in the early 1950s by public-private joint venture.
