昆山沪光汽车电器有限公司成立于1997年，位于昆山市张浦镇，是一家专业生产汽车线束的民营企业，分别在仪征、宁波建立分公司。

昆山沪光汽车电器有限公司现有的主要客户和产品有：一汽大众、上汽大众、德国大众、奥迪、奔驰、上汽通用、上汽集团、奇瑞汽车、江淮汽车、上汽汇众等汽车公司配套的整车线束总成及发动机线束总成等。

研发能力和试验能力：公司拥有很强的全车线束总成研发和生产能力，产品开发工程师能熟练运用各类二维、三维软件，并建立了PDM（产品设计数据库），为主机厂进行整车电器设计，实现同步开发。并2013年10月公司在德国下萨克森州吉夫霍恩成立了欧洲工程中心，主要用于工程服务、技术支持和加强与德国大众的沟通。同时公司大力建设汽车线束行业设备齐全、功能配备实验室，目前已拥有端子插拔力试验机、导线耐挂膜试验机、直流低电阻测试仪、程控耐压测试仪、 2.5次元测量仪、冷热冲击试验机、单柱伺服拉力控制试验机和高温老化测试箱等实验设备，实验室划分为标杆分析区、整车电流测试区、CAE模拟验证区和台架测试区等几大功能区。

生产能力：拥有8,000 m2国内较大的开线中心，引进80余台Komax全自动开线压接机和超声波焊接机等生产设备，目前已形成年产150万套发动机线束、100万套整车线束和100万套KSK线束的能力，是目前中国民营资本较大的汽车线束生产企业。

管理能力：建立以EIP为平台，融合了PDM、EDI、ERP、OA、BI、MES等多个模块的数字化管理系统，该系统从PDM产品设计开发到销售管理、采购管理、MES生产管理、库存管理、财务管理、HR人力资源管理等进行了系统化管理，为公司的系统化管理提供了良好的条件。并于2013年自主创新了两个自动化系统，一为自动送料系统，即由原来从仓库至生产车间的人工送料改变为机器人自动送料；二为机器人超声波焊接和绞线；集防错、追溯、降本、科技和现代化为一体的自动化系统在我公司得到充分体现和运用。
