北京京棉纺织集团有限责任公司（简称京棉集团公司）成立于1997年8月18日，是由原北京第一棉纺织厂、北京第二棉纺织厂、北京第三棉纺织厂三个大型国有棉纺织企业联合组建的法人独资公司。

京棉集团公司的前身——京棉一、二、三厂创建于上个世纪五十年代。在多年的生产经营实践中，为国家经济建设做出了重要的历史贡献，培养了大批技术管理人才，积淀了具有纺织特点的企业文化。
