吴志奇，祖籍重庆，1964年出生。1989年，从部队转业来到酱酒之乡仁怀，从事房地产建筑产业。1991年，在承接茅台酒厂工程时，结识了时任茅台酒厂工会主席的曹大明，两人一见如故。在曹大明的影响下，1992年，吴志奇与朋友在茅台镇合作创建了清才烧坊，该烧坊与茅台酒厂仅一墙之隔。2011年，烧坊开办第9年，恰逢茅台酒厂扩建，清才烧坊厂房因地理位置被茅台酒厂收购，成为了茅台酒厂的一部分。而烧坊酿造的基酒被完整的保存下来。2012年，曹大明从茅台酒厂退休，同年，吴志奇正式成立了贵州省仁怀市茅台镇金樽酒业有限公司，在曹大明的指导下，开始按照茅台酒标准酿造工艺进行酿造生产，且只酿不卖。

It is an entity private enterprise integrating the brewing and sales of Maotai flavor liquor with a long history in Maotai town. Jinzun concept: brew real sauce wine that everyone can afford. Wu Zhiqi, born in 1964, is a native of Chongqing. In 1989, he transferred from army to Renhuai, the hometown of sauce and wine, and engaged in real estate construction industry. In 1991, when undertaking the project of Maotai distillery, I got to know Cao Daming, then the chairman of Maotai distillery labor union, and the two met at once. Under the influence of Cao Daming, Wu Zhiqi and his friends established the Qingcai Shaofang in Maotai Town in 1992, which is only one wall away from Maotai distillery. In 2011, the 9th year of Shaofang's opening, it coincided with the expansion of Maotai distillery. Because of its geographical location, the Qingcai Shaofang workshop was acquired by Maotai distillery and became a part of Maotai distillery. And the base liquor brewed by Shaofang is completely preserved. In 2012, Cao Daming retired from Maotai distillery. In the same year, Wu Zhiqi formally established Jinzun liquor industry Co., Ltd. in Maotai Town, Renhuai City, Guizhou Province. Under the guidance of Cao Daming, he began to brew according to the standard brewing process of Maotai liquor, and only brewed but not sold.
