明光市白云面粉有限公司创建于2003年，位于明光市桥头镇104国道979公里处，注册资本1600万元。公司地处104交通要道；宁洛高速入口近在咫尺；307、309省道贯穿东西；16公里达京沪铁路明光货运站；20公里经淮河入长江黄金水道；距南京、合肥、蚌埠、盱眙百公里左右，交通十分便捷。

公司现有二条优质面粉生产线，日产量达1000吨，全自动PLC集中程控、全自动配粉。主要产品：特精粉、饺子专用粉、馒头专用粉、饼干专用粉、糕点专用粉、麦芯粉、雪花粉已获得绿色产品称号。产品内销辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、江浙、广州、海口，并间接出口朝鲜、日本、东南亚，产品供不应求。
