颿达通运输（深圳）有限公司（简称：FDE）于1982年成立于台北，1991年在深圳正式成立全球总部。初期以进出口报关做为业务基础，而后进入快递领域，为满足市场需求，于1988年进入香港和大陆市场，并先后在中、港、台地区开设了数十家直营分公司及办事处，形成了较具规模的国际快递公司。

2006年开始，公司为因应市场需求，开始著手布局国际线路，以直营或加盟模式为基础，先后开通孟加拉、越南、柬埔寨、印度、斯里兰卡、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、印尼、南非…等国家之快递业务，并专注服务于空运、海运、快递、仓储、配送等一系统国际物流供应链服务，至今我司仍不断的开展其他国家的业务，以增进扩大市场的需求。
