岷江水电拥有相对完整的电力系统，拥有权益装机总计348MW左右，其中直属铜钟、下庄、沙牌、草坡四座发电厂的装机容量约150MW 。公司共有输变线路35条，总长307多公里，其中：110KV线路16条；35KV线路13路；10KV线路6条。公司拥有4座35KV变电站和8座110KV变电站，12座变电站设备总变电容量568300KVA。
