鞍山衡业专用汽车制造有限公司是从事各种专用车设计、制造、销售的企业，也是国家指定的特种专用汽车制造厂家。公司前身是国营鞍山市汽车改装厂，该厂具有35年生产专用车的历史，70~80年代初为建设部定点专用车生产基地。为加快企业发展步伐，充分整合企业的资源和优势，2003年由辽宁衡业集团出资对该厂进行了收购，组建了鞍山衡业专用汽车制造有限公司。公司位于鞍山市千山区衡业街3号，厂区占地面积10万平方米，建筑面积6.5万平方米。现有员工360人，其中专业技术人员68人，高级职称人员29人。
