广合腐乳始创于1893年,位于腐乳之乡广东开平市水口镇。具有百年腐乳制作的传统工艺,生产出风味独特、霉香嫩滑的腐乳,是广东腐乳的经典产品。
1996年10月,新加坡福达食品集团与广合腐乳厂共同投资组建成开平广合腐乳有限公司。到2004年4月,开平广合腐乳有限公司由中外合作转为外商独资经营企业,从经营理念、市场管理上开始了新的尝试,加强了渠道建设,畅销国内市场。
广合在秉承传统技艺的同时,也不断通过现代、科学的管理方法和技术提升品质。广合腐乳取得了一系列质量体系认证:
2000年 通过了ISO9001:1994版质量体系认证;
2004年 通过了HACCP食品安全体系认证;
2009年 再次通过了ISO9001:2008版质量体系认证、ISO22000食品安全体系认证;
