国国际货运航空有限公司简称“国货航”，英文名称为“Air China Cargo Co., Ltd ”，简称“Air China Cargo”，总部设在北京,以上海为远程货机主运营基地，是中国载有国旗飞行的货运航空公司。

国货航成立于2003年12月12日。2011年3月18日，中国国际航空股份有限公司（简称“中国国航”）与香港国泰航空有限公司（简称“国泰航空”）以国货航为平台完成货运合资项目。合资后，国货航中英文名称、企业标识保持不变，注册资本为人民币52.35亿元，员工5200余人。
