1999年派乐汉堡在湖北武汉汉口开设第一家餐厅,借助美国洋快餐在中国的拓展之势,派乐汉堡利用价格优势、便利优势、产品优势,迅速占领武汉西式快餐中端市场,深受消费者喜欢。因武汉发展迅猛,在武汉学校市场拥有一定的消费口碑。至2006年初,派乐汉堡已经拥有13家分店,分布武汉三镇。

为更加规范的管理旗下派乐汉堡分店,健全经营体系,完善管理系统,建立派乐汉堡标准化CIS系统,2006年1月20日,武汉派乐餐饮管理有限公司成立,至此,派乐汉堡进入了标准化、统一化的经营管理模式。

派乐汉堡利用武汉的成功经营模式,2009年开始,派乐汉堡在全国开始复“武汉模式”,分别在四川成都、山东济南、吉林省吉林市等一线城市开设直营店,拓展开发当地市场,并以当地为基地,向周边地区物流配送。
