4100年前，夏代有扈氏的厨正（御厨）仪狄在西安户县秦渡镇酿造出了“旨酒”。

西安扈酒酒业出品的鄠县清酒、有扈黄酒，取用我国南北水系分水岭北麓的出山水，水质清纯甘冽，无污染；以纯糯米为原料；以流传千年的“六必”传统酿酒工艺和现代酿酒设备酿制而成，其色、香、味、型均为原汁酿出，天然形成。酒液清亮、酒体醇厚、酒香馥郁，入口绵柔甘美、回味悠长，具有劲大味足的“秦酒”典型风格，是原生态、天然的绿色食品。

公司占地600余亩的清酒文化体验园是一个集农产品种植及清酒酿造、清酒体验、文化旅游、休闲度假为一体的综合性庄园。

户县酒历史悠久，传说“酒祖”仪狄在户县酿造出旨酒。3100年前，西周建都于丰京（户县秦渡镇），周代王室设立了专门的酿酒作坊和掌管饮酒之礼的机构及其专职官吏酒正，“酒正掌酒之正令，以式法授酒材。”（《周礼.天官冢宰》记载）。“仲冬之月，乃命大酋，秫稻必齐，曲蘖必时，湛炽必洁，水泉必香，陶器必良，火齐必得”（《礼记•月令》）的“古六必酿酒法”成为中国酿酒的标准规范，所以户县也是中国古代的酒管理制度和中国酒酿造标准的诞生地。

户县由于位于丝绸之路的起点地区，所以户县酒在汉唐时代很受西域客商的喜欢，胡人开办的“胡姬酒肆”就是售卖的户县酒。

中国酒文化恰恰包含了深厚的中国传统文化的精神和特征。以鄠县清酒、有扈黄酒为代表的“户县酒”将会以新的形式重新沿着丝绸之路走出去。

The "ancient six must wine making method" of "the moon in midwinter, the life of the chieftain, the rice and the sorghum must be together, the tillers must be bent, the blazing must be clean, the water must be fragrant, the pottery must be good, and the fire must be together" (Li Ji · Yue Ling) has become the standard of Chinese wine making. Therefore, Hu county is also the birthplace of ancient Chinese wine management system and Chinese wine making standard. Huxian county is located in the starting area of the Silk Road, so Huxian liquor was very popular with merchants in the western regions in the Han and Tang Dynasties.
