2015年8月6日，优酷土豆集团董事长兼CEO古永锵在首届开放生态大会上宣布，视频纯媒体时代终结，文化娱乐产业进入以自频道为中心的合乐时代。为此，优酷土豆集团正式更名为合一集团。
