开元商业有限公司（其前身为开元商城）成立于1992年12月，注册资本2亿元人民币，是西安开元投资集团股份有限公司投资的一座集商业贸易、餐饮服务、物业租赁、车辆停泊为一体的多功能、智能化的大型综合性商城。

开元商城地处西安市中心钟楼东南角，占地面积33.136亩，建筑面积10.3万平方米。一期工程于1996年6月15日竣工营业，整体工程于2001年8月30日竣工并投入营业。其新颖独特，气势恢弘，融古典与现代风格为一体的建筑造型构成新西安一道靓丽的风景线。
