始建于1862年的辽宁三沟酒业有限责任公司,坐落于阜新蒙古族自治县。

三沟酒业与知名的红山文化源头查海遗址仅距9公里。令人感叹的是,8000年前的查海部落已经掌握了比较成熟的谷物酒酿造技艺,并形成了痛快直爽、豪情万丈的北方游牧部落特有的饮酒风格,而这亦是百年三沟坦荡文化的渊源所在。

“酿造酒中珍品,成就东北荣耀”。1862年,邱美、邱焕兄弟二人,在瑞应寺活佛的帮助下,于土默特左旗细河塔拉(1903年成为阜新县)境内建一酒厂,名曰“胜泉涌”烧锅,俗称“邱家烧锅”,前店后厂,这就是辽宁三沟酒业有限责任公司前身。至今在阜新蒙古族自治县仍有“先有邱家店,后有阜新县”的说法。1911年,“邱家烧锅”代表直隶省参加巴拿马万国博览会,其高粱酒荣获大奖。1948年3月18日,阜新县解放,邱家烧锅被民运部接收,改名为“胜利酒厂”,此后,又几易其名——阜新蒙古族自治县制酒厂、阜新民族酒厂、辽宁三沟酒业有限责任公司。其传统酿造工艺十代传承,流传至今。

“白山黑水天地间,一杯坦荡三沟情”。自阜新经济转型十余年来,三沟人创新求进,科学发展,在广袤的白山黑水天地间,唱响了一首坦荡的三沟交响曲,并成为阜新经济转型的一面旗帜。如今,三沟酒业拥有东北地区规模较大的纯粮酿酒基地、规模较大的白酒工业园。

三沟系列白酒以当地的红高粱为原料,采用传统的老五甑工艺,延用百年窖池进行发酵,并利用传统的老熟工艺和现代的过滤灌装技术,形成了别具匠心的工艺特色,体现了酒香浓郁、入口绵甜、谐调丰满、落口爽劲、余味悠长的特点。三沟白酒有浓香型、兼香型、清香型、芝麻香型四大香型,同时有配制酒(露酒)。作为绵劲型白酒典范,无论是以三沟老窖为代表的浓香型系列酒,还是以百年窖为代表的兼香型系列酒,每一滴三沟美酒都浓缩着百年老窖的酿造精华。近年来,又倾情推出具有传奇色彩的火狐狸酒、应用三项国内创新技术研发的私酿酒、芝麻香酒,以及尽显祖宗范和原生态的红山酒祖酒,更有集三沟美酒与玛瑙精品两大辽宁特产于一身的三沟红玛瑙酒和三沟德增兴酒,堪称是展现东北酒独有韵味的大成之作。

Founded in 1862, Liaoning Sangou Liquor Co., Ltd. is located in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County. Sangou liquor industry is only 9 kilometers away from Chahai site, the famous source of Hongshan culture. On March 18, 1948, Fuxin County was liberated, Qiu family's cooking pot was accepted by the Ministry of people's transport and renamed as "Shengli distillery". Since then, it has changed its name - Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County distillery, Fuxin national distillery, Liaoning Sangou Liquor Co., Ltd. Its traditional brewing technology has been handed down for ten generations and has been handed down till now. "White mountains and black waters between heaven and earth, a glass of magnanimous three ditch feeling.". Over the past ten years since Fuxin's economic transformation, the Sangou people have been striving for innovation and scientific development. In the vast white mountain and black water world, they have sung a frank Sangou symphony and become a flag of Fuxin's economic transformation. Nowadays, Sangou liquor industry has a large-scale pure grain liquor base and a large-scale liquor Industrial Park in Northeast China. Sangou series liquor takes the local red sorghum as the raw material, adopts the traditional five steamer technology, continues to use the hundred year cellar for fermentation, and uses the traditional mature technology and modern filter filling technology to form the unique technological characteristics, which embodies the characteristics of strong fragrance, soft and sweet entrance, harmonious and full-bodied, cool mouth and long aftertaste. Sangou liquor has four flavor types, i.e. Luzhou flavor type, concurrent flavor type, Qingxiang type and sesame flavor type, as well as compounded liquor (dew liquor). As a model of Mian style liquor, no matter the Luzhou flavor liquor series represented by the old three cellar cellars, or the aromatic series wine represented by the century cellar, each drop of the three ditch wine concentrates the essence of the hundred years old cellar.
