基地规模化。自有茶园基地3290亩，其中有机茶基地1170亩，绿色食品基地2120亩，与厦门茶叶进出口公司合作 “海堤生态科技园”。2005年3290亩茶叶基地全部通过了厦门出入境检验检疫局备案审核，成为泉州较早通过备案审核的出口茶叶种植基地；2007年，通过有机茶认证和QS认证；2008年，通过GAP认证。

经营产业化。坚持产学研相结合，与福建农林大学等高校和科研单位建立合作关系。现有标准化厂房1万多平方米，辐射带动本镇及周边地区茶农2.15万人、茶园5.28万亩，形成龙头企业与生产基地和茶农联动发展、利益共享的产业化经营格局。

产业品牌化。坚持把提升产品质量和打造品牌作为关键来抓。2004年，该厂生产的铁观音、永春佛手、水仙三个产品通过绿色食品认证。
