北京三元食品股份有限公司(以下简称“三元食品”)是以奶业为主,兼营麦当劳快餐的中外合资股份制企业,其前身是成立于1956年的北京市牛奶总站,1968年更名为北京市牛奶公司,1997年成立北京三元食品有限公司,2001年公司改制成为北京三元食品股份有限公司,于2003年8月向社会公开发行人民币普通股15,000万股,9月15日在上海证券交易所成功上市,2006年4月经中华人民共和国商务部批准完成股权分置改革,2009年11月成功非公开发行股票后,公司总股本88,500万股。同时,北京麦当劳食品有限公司和广东三元麦当劳食品有限公司的中方权益是三元食品的一个重要组成部分,公司拥有北京麦当劳50%的股份,间接拥有广东麦当劳25%的股份。

三元食品产品涵盖屋型包装鲜奶系列、超高温灭菌奶系列、酸奶系列、袋装鲜奶系列、奶粉系列、干酪系列及各种乳饮料、冷食、宫廷乳制品等百余品种,日处理鲜奶达1000余吨,在内蒙古海拉尔市、河北迁安、河北石家庄、天津静海、广西柳州等建立了十六大生产基地,拥有“三元”、“燕山”等著名商标;销售网络覆盖北京各城区、郊县及全国50多个省、市及地区。

三元食品于2000年3月通过ISO9001国际质量体系认证;2004年7月份,公司成为国家质检总局通过市场准入,获得“QS”标志的乳品企业;同年,公司产品被指定为“人民大会堂”宴会用牛奶。2007年1月,公司顺利通过了ISO9000、ISO14000、ISO22000、OHSAS18000四大管理体系的审核,成为通过四合一管理体系整合的食品企业。2009年,公司获得“驰名保护”称号。2012年,三元食品被国家质检总局授牌,成为中小学质量教育社会实践基地。同年,被工业和信息化部、财政部评为国家技术创新示范企业,同时被国家发展改革委、科技部、财政部、海关总署、国家税务总局评为国家认定企业技术中心。

For decades, Sanyuan food has been a dairy supplier for major political activities, economic and cultural activities of the Central Committee of the people's Congress, the CPPCC and other major political and cultural events in Beijing.
