内蒙古丰川酒星酒业有限责任公司地处内蒙古自治区乌兰察布市南部的丰镇市工业园区。丰镇市与山西大同毗邻，通讯发达，交通便利，京包铁路、208国道从市区通过。公司距火车站、汽车站、208国道约10公里，距二广高速口不足3公里。

公司前身是丰镇市地方国营制酒厂，始建于1950年，历经六十多年的沧桑，几代人的奋斗，几经变革，于2000年转制为丰镇市九星酒业有限责任公司，2008年再次转制成立内蒙古丰川酒星酒业有限责任公司，公司注册资本654万元，生产规模3000吨，年销售收入5000万元，职工200人，公司是内蒙古自治区较早的酿酒厂家之一，并于1974年与内蒙古轻工科研所合作共同试制成功——“丰缜特曲酒”、“丰缜大曲酒”，开辟了内蒙古西部区大曲浓香型白酒的先河，公司现生产浓香、清香两大香型，三十多个品种，公司代表产品“酒星”酒、“丰缜特曲酒”、“薛刚醉”酒已在市场上久负胜名。

公司于2012年10月在丰镇市轻工业园区占地300亩建造的新生产基地，实现了由旧厂向新址的迁移和生产。

The company has opened up the precedent of Daqu Luzhou flavor liquor in the western region of Inner Mongolia. The company now produces two kinds of Luzhou flavor liquor and Qingxiang liquor, more than 30 varieties. The representative product of the company is "Jiuxing" liquor "Fengzhen Tequ liquor" and "Xuegang Zui liquor" have long lost their reputation in the market. In October 2012, the company built a new production base covering an area of 300 mu in Fengzhen light industrial park, realizing the transfer and production from the old plant to the new site.
