Beijing Guanghua Textile Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guanghua group) is a large-scale enterprise group integrating science, industry, trade and modern service industries. In 2005, Beijing Guanghua Wuzhou textile group was established together with Beijing Wuzhou dyeing and weaving group company. In accordance with the overall plan for the reform and restructuring of state-owned enterprises of Beijing Textile Holding Co., Ltd. and the requirements of modern enterprise system, in May 2009, the restructuring of Beijing Guanghua dyeing and weaving factory was renamed as Guanghua group. At present, it has 14 subsidiaries and seven characteristic theme parks, including cultural creativity, green environmental protection, urban emergency and risk avoidance. As of December 31, 2016, Guanghua group had 2614 registered employees in Beijing (including 560 laid-off employees), 765 employees in Hotan, Xinjiang and 1400 employees in Bosheng, Myanmar.
