截止2016年底，首都航空先后开通国内外航线200余条，包括45条国际航线，涉及12个国家22个境外航点。

国内航线

自成立以来，首都航空航线的运作范围不断拓展延伸，为建立品质化的航线网络, 构建了以北京、广州、三亚、西安为中心辐射周边的区域式航线网络结构，辐射全国一二线商务及旅游城市。

国际航线

首都航空专注于开辟国际旅游航线，计划以中国境内的北京、西安、杭州、成都为核心，不断开辟连接东亚、东南亚、欧美旅游胜地的国际航线。2016年，首都航空累计新开国际航线14条，并且成功开辟首条北美航线（杭州=青岛=温哥华）、澳洲航线（沈阳=青岛=墨尔本），打开国际化航线网络布局新局面。2017年，首都航空计划新开通北京=里斯本、北京=青岛=悉尼、青岛=莫斯科、青岛=伦敦、杭州=塞班等国际航线，进一步完善国际航线网络布局。未来，首都航空将借力中国出境游市场，开发更多的旅游产品，进一步完善首都航空中国境内外航线网络，助力国内外文化交流发展。
