安徽皖江物流(集团)股份有限公司(原芜湖港储运股份有限公司2014年9月正式更名)成立于2000年11月,由原芜湖港务管理局改制发起组建。现为淮南矿业集团控股的国有上市公司。

集装箱外贸物流板块:芜湖港是安徽省颇大的外贸集装箱枢纽港。2014年,皖江物流与上港集团实现战略合作,芜湖港成为皖江区域较早与上海港联动的物流战略合作平台。合作以来,港口集装箱吞吐量以10万标箱的速度逐年递增,每周直航上海外高桥班轮达22班,发往洋山港班轮5班;相继获批并运营进境肉类、粮食指定口岸,运营省内较早内陆无水港——宣城港。港口服务能力和服务质量进一步提升,集装箱大港地位日益凸显。
商品车物流板块:依托芜湖港在沿江战略节点优势,与国内规模较大的第三方商品车物流企业(北京长久物流)合作,努力打造多功能一体化的商品车中转基地和华东区域商品车物流江海联运枢纽。皖江物流正发挥行业推动示范作用,引导长江商品车市场健康发展。
同时,公司依托淮南矿业集团的煤炭资源,坚守煤电一体化发展理念,积极发展电力生产和贸易业务。目前,公司所属能源板块业务包括淮矿发电公司100%股权(三个全资电厂)、淮沪煤电公司50.43%股权、淮沪电力公司49%股权等,以及一家全资的售电公司,皖江物流电力能源是皖电东送的重要组成部分。能源板块对外加大市场衔接力度,对内加快技术升级、提升精益运营和精细管理质量,公司全资电厂CFB机组各项经济技术、运营指标均处于国内同行前沿水平。
公司紧抓国家“引江济淮”工程契机,大力建设淮南港、合肥港,在安徽水运“两横一纵”大动脉上构建淮南港、合肥港和芜湖港的干支联动、南北呼应的物流网络。随着朱家桥外贸综合物流园区一期(即集装箱三期项目)和智慧港口物流平台的加快建设,预计到2020年,芜湖港将建成百万标箱大港;商品车物流年吞吐量达到80万辆(远期规划130万辆);煤炭物流朝着配煤量400万吨、中转量1000万吨、煤炭贸易量1000万吨的目标迈进,裕溪口港区围绕“一枢纽四中心”战略目标,努力由单一主业向多元化经营转型发展。
