江油是唐代伟大诗人李白的故乡，山清水秀，人杰地灵。江油酿酒历史源远流长。至今已有数千余年。清光绪年间，道士在龙居山（今江油市三合镇喻家观村）喻家道观修建了“喻观老烧坊”，其酿出的酒，酒香四溢，名传八方。烧坊承续近百载。建国后，当地村民即在此基础上组建了“江油县喻家观曲酒厂”，一九八九年更名为“江油李白故里酒厂”。二OO四年，为适应新的发展形势，企业改制更名为“江油市李白故里酒业有限公司”。
