公司于2005年3月3日在美丽的山城重庆悄然诞生，公司是一家集研发、开发、设计、生产、销售、服务于一体的规模企业。主要生产电线、电缆、家装弱电线及墙壁开关、节能灯、LED为主的多元化企业。

公司生产的“胜鸽”牌电线、电缆先后通过国家强制性认证（CCC）和ISO9001、2000环境管理体系。先后被重庆多家企业认定为指定产品，以及公司生产的“上辉”118、86开关、“东伦”118、86开关、电子头、“上辉”闭路线、电话线、网线、“渝帆”“冠飞利”节能灯线合在市场上倍受用户喜爱。公司为了更好的服务于客户，公司又成为多个一线企业的代理商如：三峡油漆、新生元丝、珊瑚胶木电料、佛山照明、电工灯泡、灯管、山城电表、红旗扎刀、保赐利喷漆、飞利浦灯管、老顽固砂浆防水剂、武汉六角线卡、大西洋焊材等。
