四川建安工业有限责任公司是中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司直属企业，国有独资公司，隶属于中国南方工业集团。公司地处风景优美的四川省雅安市区，距成都123公里，有成雅高速公路和国道318线直达本市，交通十分方便。

1965年按中央三线建设部署，由重庆建设厂部份搬往雅安之迁建厂。1992年名称变更为四川建安机器厂。1998年企业整体改制，由原四川建安机器厂更名为四川建安工业有限责任公司。中国南方工业集团将隶属的汽车整车及零部件企业进行资产重组重新设立公司，四川建安工业有限责任公司主要的资产（土地和房产除外）及整体业务进入该公司，2006年8月，设立为“中国南方汽车股份有限公司四川建安车桥分公司”。2010年3月，变更为“中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司四川建安车桥分公司”。2015年4月，经中国南方工业集团批准，将四川建安工业有限责任公司与中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司四川建安车桥分公司资产进行整合，成为中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司全资子公司（四川建安工业有限责任公司）。

Sichuan Jian'an Industry Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned company directly under China Chang'an Automobile Group Co., Ltd., which is subordinate to China Southern industry group. The company is located in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, which is 123 kilometers away from Chengdu. There are chengdu-ya'an Expressway and national highway 318 directly to the city, so the traffic is very convenient. In 1965, according to the construction plan of the third line of the central government, part of Chongqing construction plant was moved to the relocation plant of Ya'an. In 1992, the name was changed to Sichuan Jian'an machinery factory. In 1998, the company was restructured as a whole and changed its name from Sichuan Jian'an machinery factory to Sichuan Jian'an Industrial Co., Ltd. China Southern Industry Group re established the company through asset restructuring of the affiliated automobile and parts enterprises. The main assets (except land and real estate) and overall business of Sichuan Jian'an Industry Co., Ltd. entered the company. In August 2006, it was established as "Sichuan Jian'an automobile bridge branch of China Southern Automobile Co., Ltd.". In March 2010, it was changed to "Sichuan Jian'an vehicle bridge branch of China Chang'an Automobile Group Co., Ltd.". In April 2015, with the approval of China Southern industry group, Sichuan Jian'an Industry Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Jian'an automobile bridge branch of China Chang'an Automobile Group Co., Ltd. were integrated into a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Chang'an Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (Sichuan Jian'an Industry Co., Ltd.).
