东方既白,是中国餐饮集团—百胜餐饮集团第一个中式餐饮品牌,是肯德基的兄弟品牌。

为了保证一战成功,百胜团队在产品开发上下了极大的苦心。设计上首先要求所有不同餐期(早、中、晚餐,点心,小吃,冰点等),甚至儿童专用餐都得有几个硬底子的招牌产品;并且把所有中国人爱吃的包括饭、面、包子、豆浆、酸梅汤都包罗在内;再经过百胜的科学管理,务必保证每一样产品都是市场上质量最好,以及极具特色的东坡焖肉或鱼香肉丝包子。中、午餐一定要试试秘制糖醋小排和原汁鲜茄牛肉面。正餐之间可以尝尝东方既白的美味小吃;香酥翅霸和天椒辣子鸡。小朋友则一定喜欢特别为他们研发的岩烧海苔饭团,造型有趣、营养又好吃,还有玩具赠送。

新一代的东方既白,一改以前中式快餐的经营方式,完全采取肯德基的营运标准。餐厅的装饰风格现代、活泼、轻松。店堂干净清洁,就像走进肯德基一样。服务标准也是比照肯德基,员工活泼亲切。进门就是一字拉开的售卖柜台,上方是一目了然的餐牌,柜台后面是产品保温柜。顾客点餐,付款后食品即买即取,立等可取。

中国百胜餐饮集团旗下备受瞩目的中式快餐品牌东方既白,继05年四月下旬和五月中分别在上海徐家汇美罗城和浦东昌里连续开设两家餐厅后,近日又推出一系列独具特色的中式美食佳品:主食类的“鱼香肉丝饭”;小吃类的“一品芝麻球”;冰品饮料类的“玉米牛奶刨冰”、“冰洛神花茶”等,令其再次聚敛人气,客源大增。东方既白有关负责人指出:为了实现将东方既白打造成最受中国人欢迎的中式快餐品牌的承诺,东方既白自开业以来,一直不断调整并丰富产品的种类,在产品研发上勇于突破,锐意创新,与此同时,在工艺上更注重品质的稳定,确保开发出更多迎合消费者口味,而又能达到现代快餐需求的中式食品。
