保山市新寨咖啡有限公司于2006年1月注册成立,先后投资850余万元,建设4000多平方米的小粒咖啡加工生产厂房,引进巴西鲜果脱皮机、德国深加工等设备,主要生产咖啡焙炒豆、焙炒粉。2016年,生产咖啡豆300万公斤,加工焙烤豆60万公斤,旅游系列、礼品系列咖啡7万公斤。

近年来,通过采用“公司+合作社+农户”的发展模式,逐步走上庄园经济发展道路。依托新寨优质咖啡基地7600亩,倾力打造集观光、采摘、咖啡加工、品尝、鉴赏于一体的休闲、旅游、生产加工生态庄园,其中:鲜果加工区500m2,咖啡豆筛选、烘焙、研磨、品尝和咖啡文化鉴赏区4770 m2,餐饮服务区1000 m2。

(一)加工生产

公司注重产品的研发和设施设备的更新,先后推出咖啡旅游系列、礼品系列等产品,并从德国引进咖啡深加工生产线一条,2013年公司投资110万元新建鲜果加工区500 m2,引进巴西鲜果红绿分离脱皮脱胶机1台,年可加工保山小粒咖啡750多吨。

二、基地建设情况

庄园注重基地优良品种、新技术的推广和咖啡生产质量安全,在市、区、乡技术部门的指导下,一是指导咖农严格执行《隆阳区无公害咖啡标准化生产技术操作规程》,农药安全使用GB4285标准,农药安全使用GB4285标准,食品安全管理体系符合GB/    T22000—2006/IS022000:2005,CNCA/CTS0006—2008,于2014年6月通过世标认证,获得世标认证证书(注册号:038FSMS1400035)。2014年7月分别获得植物生产有机转换产品认证证书(证书编号:115OP1400886)、加工生产有机转换产品认证证书(证书编号:115OP1400886);二是种植“铁皮卡”、“卡蒂莫7963”、“抗锈288”等良种,推广小粒咖啡高产集成技术,优质小粒咖啡良种覆盖率和集成技术覆盖率达到98%以上;三是强化技术指导和培训,坚持专家现场指导和集中培训相结合,通过集中培训、现场咨询、进村入户等形式,强化技术指导和培训,每年培训咖农5000多人次、发放技术材料9000余份,成员基本实现了职业化。

(1) The processing and production company pays attention to the research and development of products and the renewal of facilities and equipment, successively launches coffee tourism series, gift series and other products, and introduces a coffee deep processing production line from Germany.
