锦州港位于辽宁省西部、渤海西北部的锦州湾北岸，地处关内外交通要冲——辽西走廊的上咽，是距辽宁西部，吉林、黑龙江两省中西部、内蒙东部、华北北部乃至蒙古国、俄罗斯西伯利亚地区便捷的进出海口，是辽宁省发展的北方区域性港口。

At present, it has 24 berths, including 250000 ton oil berths, 100000 ton bulk cargo berths and 100000 ton special container berths. Oil products, grain, mineral powder, coal, steel, chemical fertilizer and domestic trade containers are the advantages of Jinzhou port. Jinzhou port now has integrated logistics service functions of domestic and foreign trade containers, oil products, chemicals, bulk and general goods, loading and unloading, storage, transportation, bulk filling and distribution, etc. At present, the transportation routes of Jinzhou Port reach all ports in the north and south of China, and establish navigation relations with more than 100 countries and regions in Asia, Europe, Oceania, America, Africa, etc.
