山东亚姆巴乳业有限公司成立于2014年10月，计划总投资20亿，分两期建设。一期建设占地2600亩的“沂蒙生态园”，主要功能包括奶山羊养殖（羊舍光伏发电）、沼气有机肥加工、绿色蔬菜水果生产、花卉苗木经济林种植、智能温室生态餐厅、羊文化馆、休闲观光采摘体验等。二期在半程镇韩家村建设现代化羊乳及羊肉深加工生产厂，加工生产鲜羊奶、羊奶粉、羊肉、羊胎素、羊皮革等系列产品。

山东亚姆巴奶山羊养殖基地，隶属于“沂蒙生态园”建设项目的一部分，规划建设现代化羊舍32座，可容纳奶山羊2万只。目前，正在建设中的有24座，已建成投入使用的有8座，奶山羊存栏量达4000只，日产鲜羊奶3吨，通过科学加工处理后，已经开始以鲜奶和酸奶的形式，通过公司的鲜奶吧向广大市民供应。如今，公司通过企业+合作社+养殖户的经营模式，配合精准扶贫策略，在全市九县建立100处奶山羊养殖合作社，可带动5000农户通过养殖奶山羊实现脱贫致富，届时奶山羊存栏量可达50万只，年产优质鲜羊奶18万吨。

鉴于目前国内养殖的奶山羊品种单一，单只产奶量与世界水平还有较大差距，公司志在以此养殖基地为依托，科学培育出适合本地特点的优质奶山羊品种。目前，公司已经申报成立了全国奶山羊育种重点实验室，聘任国内著名的奶山羊研究专家为科研课题组领导，把培育研发先进的奶山羊品种作为努力方向。力争在三年内，培育出优质的沂蒙奶山羊品种。

At present, there are 24 under construction, 8 of which have been completed and put into use, with 4000 milk goats on hand and 3 tons of fresh milk per day. After scientific processing, it has begun to supply the public with fresh milk and yoghurt in the form of fresh milk and yoghurt through the company's fresh milk bar. Today, the company has established 100 dairy goat breeding cooperatives in nine counties of the city through the business model of enterprise + cooperative + farmer, in combination with the targeted poverty alleviation strategy, which can drive 5000 farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich by breeding dairy goats. At that time, the dairy goat stock will reach 500000, with an annual output of 180000 tons of high-quality fresh goat milk. In view of the single breed of domestic dairy goat and the large gap between the single milk production and the world level, the company aims to scientifically cultivate high-quality dairy goat varieties suitable for local characteristics based on this breeding base. At present, the company has applied for the establishment of the National Key Laboratory of dairy goat breeding, employing famous domestic dairy goat research experts as the leader of the research team, and taking the cultivation and development of advanced dairy goat varieties as the direction of efforts. We will strive to cultivate high quality Yimeng dairy goat breeds within three years.
