平安银行股份有限公司（简称：平安银行，股票简称：平安银行，股票代码：000001）是由原深圳发展银行股份有限公司以吸收合并原平安银行股份有限公司的方式完成两行整合并更名而来，是中国内地首家向公众发行股票并公开上市的全国性股份制商业银行，总部设于深圳。中国平安保险（集团）股份有限公司及其子公司合计持有平安银行股份56.2亿股，约占平安银行总股本的59%，为平安银行的控股股东。
