皇龙产品属于北京二锅头酒业股份有限公司，据《北京通史》记载大兴酒厂距今已有800多年的悠久历史，可追溯到金大定三年（公元1163年）金世宗下诏，令大兴少尹招复酒户酿制美酒，当时烧酒作坊烧制的“金澜酒”，口味醇厚、清洌甘爽、十分香美，此酒专为金王朝上层所享用。

世人以饮之为荣，金人曾有诗赞曰：“金澜酒皓月委波入牖，冰台避署压琼艘，火坑敌寒挥玉斗。追欢长是秉烛游，日高未放传杯手。”由诗中可见当时王公贵戚通宵达旦欢饮此酒的景象。到了元英宗（公元1322年）时在大都设置糟房百所，酿制“阿刺吉酒”（即白酒）和小米黄酒等酒类。瀛海行宫即皇帝行围打猎、论功行赏之地也，当时建有烧酒作坊一个，名叫“裕兴烧锅”，专为皇宫酿造御酒，北京同仁堂药店开业后，规定只用此酒入药，当地老人解放前多赶着毛驴车为同仁堂送酒，到了1949年9月，华北野战军任邱“益泉涌”酒厂随军迁址于此“裕兴烧锅”归为国有，随改名为国营北京大兴酒厂（今北京二锅头酒业股份有限公司的前身）。
