金钢山酒业公司，原酒生产秉承独特传统工艺，精选上乘高粱为主要原料，辅以大麦、小麦、大米、玉米、糥米等，以优质麦曲为糖化发酵剂，引用甘冽山泉，结合现代科技手段，在数十年驯化成熟的老窖中多微共酵，精心酿造，再经量质摘酒、分级贮存、圣泉洞内恒温洞藏，精心勾调而成，堪为酒中之上品。
