山东金钢山酒业有限公司位于邹城市。公司前身为126年前的“任兴茂酒馆”，光绪十三年，清人任兴茂集古法酿酒之大成，联并众小造酒作坊，在钢山脚下创立“恒盛公”酒馆；1948年，邹县解放后，酒馆收归国有，成立邹县酿酒厂；1956年注册并开始使用“钢山”商标；1993年10月改立为邹城市钢山酒厂；2004年4月通过股份制改造重组成现山东金钢山酒业有限公司。

金钢山酒业公司，原酒生产秉承独特传统工艺，精选上乘高粱为主要原料，辅以大麦、小麦、大米、玉米、糥米等，以优质麦曲为糖化发酵剂，引用甘冽山泉，结合现代科技手段，在数十年驯化成熟的老窖中多微共酵，精心酿造，再经量质摘酒、分级贮存、圣泉洞内恒温洞藏，精心勾调而成，堪为酒中之上品。
