西安交通大学管理学院始建于1928年，1984年12月恢复重建，是我国管理学院之一，培养了管理工程博士，是国家工商管理硕士（MBA）和高级管理人员工商管理硕士（EMBA）试点学院之一。现有管理科学与工程、工商管理两个国家一级学科，管理科学与工程、工商管理两个一级学科博士点和博士后流动站。

学院现拥有本、硕、博等学位教育项目，MBA、EMBA、MPAcc、MEM、工程硕士专业学位项目，和高级管理教育培训项目。目前，在读本科生567人，全日制硕士生232人，博士生457人，专业学位学生3400余人，以及来自25个国家和地区攻读博士、硕士研究生的国际留学生90余人。近年来，学院为国家培养了MBA、EMBA等高级管理人才超过1万人；采用高级管理培训方式为陕西培养管理干部超过1万人。

学院下设组织管理系、市场营销系、技术经济及管理系、工业工程系、管理科学系、信息管理与电子商务系、会计与财务系等7个系。

如今，随着国家大学建设的启动，学院学科发展更加完善，学科特色日益突出。到本世纪中叶，我们有信心将管理学院建设成为在管理研究方面处于前沿地位、在管理教育方面成为人才向往的地方、在社会服务方面更具影响力的管理学院。

The school of management of Xi'an Jiaotong University was founded in 1928 and rebuilt in December 1984. It is one of the schools of management in China. It has trained a doctor of management engineering and is one of the pilot schools of MBA and EMBA. At present, there are two national first-class disciplines, namely, management science and engineering, and business administration. There are two first-class discipline doctoral programs and post doctoral mobile stations, namely, management science and engineering, and business administration. The college now has degree education programs such as undergraduate, master's degree, doctoral degree, MBA, EMBA, MPAcc, MEM, master's degree programs in engineering, and senior management education and training programs. At present, there are 567 undergraduate students, 232 full-time Master students, 457 doctoral students, more than 3400 professional degree students, and more than 90 international students from 25 countries and regions studying for doctoral and master's degree. In recent years, the college has trained more than 10000 senior management talents such as MBA and EMBA for the country, and more than 10000 management cadres for Shaanxi Province through senior management training. The college consists of 7 departments, including organization management department, marketing department, technical economy and management department, industrial engineering department, management science department, information management and e-commerce department, accounting and finance department. Nowadays, with the start of the national university construction, the discipline development of the college is more perfect, and the discipline characteristics are increasingly prominent. By the middle of this century, we are confident to build the management college into a leading position in management research, a place for talents in management education, and a more influential management college in social services.
