浙江麦吉士食品有限公司为杭州正麦食品有限公司全资子公司，2006年9月成立于杭州西湖区。2008年5月正式投产，公司占地面积40亩，建筑面积27000多平方米，固定资产已累计投入超过1亿元人民币。

公司已有麦吉士小酥、切片蛋糕、鲜蛋糕、日式蛋糕干、涂层酥塔、脆华夫、花色型膨化食品等10余条生产线。

车间按照药品GMP卫生洁净标准设计建造，拥有安全卫生的生产环境，拥有10万级的洁净蛋糕生产车间，以休闲食品为主导，并在不断研发各类新产品。为提高产品安全性，公司2012年下半年起先后引进荷兰、意大利、瑞典、德国等蛋糕、枫糖华夫及叠层起酥等多条大型欧洲进口设备生产线。
