历史足迹:
起源:1902年,身负精湛技艺的钟安樵先生,来到了东方巴黎上海,自此繁华的南京路上,芳醇的饼香流传于世……香飘南北,活力无限!当时,广东风俗,嫁女时要定做大量的龙凤礼饼馈赠亲友。为迎合人们多子多孙的心理,取名为“利男”。凡上海讲究老规矩的人家,有小辈婚嫁,总忘不了叮嘱去利男购买龙凤礼饼馈赠亲友,以讨个好口采;吃了利饼,生个男孩,由于店名吉利和送货上门,在当时上海的广东同乡婚嫁所需的礼饼糕点,十有八九都向利男购买。20年代由于房屋纠纷,这个店迁往日租界的天潼路,后又迁往四川北路邢家桥营业,改称“利男居”。
皱形:1937年“八一三”凇沪战争爆发,日军进入日租界,商店被迫迁往英租界的浙江路宁波路口营业。当时的“利男居”根据茶食糕点消费的特点,一年四季随着时令上市各种点心,从麻球到油炸春卷,从端午粽子到重阳糕,从中秋月饼到香肠大包,无所不有,其所产的椰子糖,质量讲究,独步春申。于是“利男居”的声誉,在上海广式茶食业中首屈一指,与“同芳居”、“怡珍居”、“群芳居”齐名,号称广式茶点“四大居”。由于“利男居”经营得法,名气渐盛。
成长:1992年引入外资的同时引进了日本、台湾先进的现代化流水线生产设备和技术力量。同时将大陆传统的月饼文化和港台新潮月饼文化合二为一,赋予传统月饼以独特、全新、纯真的口味。
