河南世纪香食用菌开发有限公司是目前河南规模较大的集科研、培训、生产、加工、销售、进出口为一体食用菌企业。企业下设食用菌研究所、食用菌培训学校、食用菌菌种厂、食用菌精深加工基地、国家农业科技示范场、许昌市食用菌工程技术研究中心。

公司的主导产品为白灵菇、灰树花、香菇等13种产品，公司以科技为先导，先后引进选育了30多个食用菌优良品种。
