北方华锦化学工业集团有限公司是中国兵器工业集团的石化子集团。华锦集团总部位于辽宁省盘锦市，下属企业分布在辽宁省盘锦市、辽宁省葫芦岛市、新疆阿克苏地区库车县、内蒙古锡盟东乌旗。拥有华锦股份、北沥公司2家控股子公司，科莱恩华锦催化剂（盘锦）有限公司、辽宁北化公司、辽宁锦禾农资公司、广州北化公司、东乌珠穆沁旗天泽供水公司5家参股企业，形成了石油化工、化学肥料、道路沥青和润滑油基础油三大主营业务板块。截至到2014年末，华锦集团总资产350亿元，在职员工1.2万人。

华锦集团原为辽宁省属企业，其前身是辽河化肥厂，该厂是我国较早引进的13套大化肥装置之一，年产合成氨30万吨、尿素48万吨，1972年1月筹建，1976年10月投产。1997年1月，以辽河化肥的全部经营性资产发起成立辽通化工股份有限公司并在深圳上市（代码000059，股票名称为“辽通化工”，2014年3月，更名为“华锦股份”），收购了锦西化肥。同年收购盘锦乙烯，公司开始进入石化领域。1997年底，组建辽宁华锦集团。2006年1月，建成新疆化肥，形成了辽宁盘锦、葫芦岛、新疆库车三大化肥生产基地。

当前，华锦集团积极适应经济发展新常态，坚持保增长、抓改革、转方式、调结构，开启了第三次创业的新征程。

Huajin Group is headquartered in Panjin City, Liaoning Province. Its subordinate enterprises are located in Panjin City, Huludao City, Xinjiang Aksu Kuqa County and Dongwu banner of Inner Mongolia Ximeng League. There are two holding subsidiaries of Huajin Co., Ltd. and Beili Co., Ltd., five joint-stock enterprises including Clariant Huajin catalyst (Panjin) Co., Ltd., Liaoning Beihua company, Liaoning Jinhe Agricultural Material Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Beihua company and dongwuzhumuqin banner Tianze water supply company, forming three main business sectors: petrochemical industry, chemical fertilizer, road asphalt and lubricant base oil. By the end of 2014, Huajin Group had a total assets of 35 billion yuan and 12000 employees. Huajin Group, formerly an enterprise of Liaoning Province, formerly known as Liaohe Chemical fertilizer plant, is one of the 13 large chemical fertilizer plants introduced earlier in China, with an annual output of 300000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 480000 tons of urea. It was planned to be built in January 1972 and put into operation in October 1976. In January 1997, Liaotong Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded with all the operational assets of Liaohe Chemical Fertilizer and listed in Shenzhen (code 000059, stock name is "Liaotong chemical", in March 2014, it was renamed as "Huajin Co., Ltd.), and Jinxi Chemical fertilizer was acquired. In the same year, Panjin Ethylene was purchased, and the company began to enter the petrochemical field. At the end of 1997, Liaoning Huajin Group was established. In January 2006, Xinjiang chemical fertilizer was built, forming three chemical fertilizer production bases in Panjin, Huludao and Kuqa of Liaoning Province. At present, Huajin Group actively adapts to the new normal of economic development, adheres to the principle of maintaining growth, focusing on reform, changing mode and adjusting structure, and embarks on the third new journey of entrepreneurship.
