历经10年的千辛万苦、9个周期、63轮次、3000多次分析试验，终于收获了成功硕果。1985年11月，在当时全国白酒界业内鉴定会上，专家一致认为试制酒在理化指标、卫生指标、新酒入库合格率等方面均达到了合同要求，在感官指标上，经鉴定委员会评酒小组品评认为，鉴定会提供的鉴定酒：“色清，微黄透明，酱香突出，幽雅，酒体较醇厚……基本具有茅台酒风格。”“尽管与市售茅台酒仍有一定差距，但鉴定酒质量接近市售茅台酒水平，同时有大量试验数据及资料予以说明”。因此鉴定委员会认为《贵州茅台酒易地生产试验》（中试）完成了合同的要求。根据鉴定会结论，贵州省科学技术委员会正式行文“同意鉴定意见”。1986年，“贵州茅台酒易地生产试验厂”正式改名为“贵州珍酒厂”，“珍酒”之名由此诞生！

According to the conclusion of the appraisal meeting, Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Commission formally wrote "agree with the appraisal opinion". In 1986, the name of "Guizhou Moutai Yidi production and test factory" was officially changed to "Guizhou Zhenjiu factory", and the name of "Zhenjiu" was born!
