历经10年的千辛万苦、9个周期、63轮次、3000多次分析试验，终于收获了成功硕果。1985年11月，在当时全国白酒界业内鉴定会上，专家一致认为试制酒在理化指标、卫生指标、新酒入库合格率等方面均达到了合同要求，在感官指标上，经鉴定委员会评酒小组品评认为，鉴定会提供的鉴定酒：“色清，微黄透明，酱香突出，幽雅，酒体较醇厚……基本具有茅台酒风格。”“尽管与市售茅台酒仍有一定差距，但鉴定酒质量接近市售茅台酒水平，同时有大量试验数据及资料予以说明”。因此鉴定委员会认为《贵州茅台酒易地生产试验》（中试）完成了合同的要求。根据鉴定会结论，贵州省科学技术委员会正式行文“同意鉴定意见”。1986年，“贵州茅台酒易地生产试验厂”正式改名为“贵州珍酒厂”，“珍酒”之名由此诞生！

In 1986, the name of "Guizhou Moutai Yidi production and test factory" was officially changed to "Guizhou Zhenjiu factory", and the name of "Zhenjiu" was born!
