公司经营范围为电力、热力的生产、供应；送变电工程的施工及设备安装；项目投资；研究、生产光电产品；技术服务；商品批发与零售；进出口业。公司控股股东为国网四川省电力公司，总股本为324178977股。

公司拥有8个全资子公司，6个控股子公司，1个合营企业，产业主要涉及自来水生产与供应、送变电工程的施工及设备安装、水电工程建设、天然气生产与供应、酒店宾馆服务、矿产资源开发、房地产开发等。

公司权益总装机容量12.938万千瓦。其中，遂宁本地有龙凤、小白塔、三星和过军渡水力发电站4座，发电机组15台，总装机容量11.558万千瓦；甘孜州康定县华龙公司炉城电站发电机组2台，装机容量3.0万千瓦，公司权益装机容量1.38万千瓦。辖区内供电市场占有率为100%。公司全资子公司遂宁市明星自来水有限公司现有自来水厂4座，总生产能力20万吨/日，供水市场占有率95%以上。

The business scope of the company is the production and supply of electric power and heat; construction and equipment installation of power transmission and transformation projects; project investment; research and production of photoelectric products; technical services; wholesale and retail of commodities; import and export industry. The controlling shareholder of the company is State Grid Sichuan electric power company, with a total share capital of 324178977 shares. The company has 8 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 6 holding subsidiaries and 1 joint venture. The industry mainly involves the production and supply of tap water, construction and equipment installation of power transmission and transformation projects, construction of hydropower projects, production and supply of natural gas, hotel services, mineral resources development, real estate development, etc. The total installed capacity of the company's equity is 1293800kw.
