新疆伊力特实业股份有限公司，位于伊犁哈萨克自治州新源县肖尔布拉克境内。公司前身为五十年代初由传统酿酒作坊组建而成的72团酒厂，后因其产品伊力老窖、伊力特曲的优秀品质和声誉而正式命名为“新疆伊犁酿酒总厂”，从八十年代中期起，原酒厂创造性地将历史文化承传与现代科技相结合，从而取得了高速发展的巨大成就，于1999年改制上市为新疆伊力特实业股份有限公司。
