芜湖青弋江种业有限公司成立于1997年6月，坐落在安徽省芜湖市弋江镇新区，是一个“面向农村、服务农民、专注于农业产业结构调整”的服务与生产、经营、科研相结合的民营种子企业。公司主要从事农作物种子研发、生产、经营、推广以及种子进出口业务。2002年取得省农委核发的农作物种子生产、经营许可证。

公司注册资金6000万元，拥有10吨/小时种子加工成套设备和220吨/批次的烘干设备，并建有200㎡的农作物种子标准检验室，仪器设备齐全。拥有仓库4000㎡，种子储备专用库585㎡，低温库250㎡，晒场4200㎡。现有员工52人，其中有中、高级职称技术人员16人。
