1959年，由国家商业部投资组织下，“黑龙江省玉泉酒厂”正式成立。酒厂位于黑龙江省阿城市玉泉镇，占地面积15万平方米。

好酒必有佳泉。玉泉镇是中国蒸馏酒发源地之一。早在900多年前，金熙宗敕令在玉泉建立皇家御酒坊，取当地玉泉水用蒸馏法酿制御酒，中国北方蒸馏酒由此在玉泉诞生。自此以后，玉泉便酒坊林立，闻名天下而近千年不断。

酒厂建立后，在继承和发扬金代酿酒技术基础上，不断改革创新酿造工艺。1975年，全国白酒技术精英专家小组，历经一年的苦心研制，首创出既有酱香、浓香型风味，又有地方特点的兼香型玉泉方瓶。2002年9月，酒厂由国营企业改制为民营股份制，更名为“黑龙江省玉泉酒业有限责任公司”。改制后，酒厂主要经济指标以年均30%的速度增长，核心产品“玉泉方瓶”屡获殊荣，捷报频传。

2008年6月，华泽集团旗下香港金六福投资正式控股了“黑龙江省玉泉酒业有限公司”。并购后华泽集团将玉泉继续做强，并扩大省内优势，同时稳步拓展省外市场。

2009年，集团斥资5000万元，在玉泉酒业建起了东北规模较大的1.1万吨的自动化勾储中心。2010年，集团再度投资5000万元，引进国内白酒自动化生产线和建设新包装车间。同时，自2009年以来，玉泉酒先后推出了“和谐清雅”、“年份酒”、“封坛洞藏”等系列产品，向白酒市场挺进。未来数年内，华泽集团还将继续通过固定资产投资和改造，把玉泉酒业打造成为为以白酒为核心的，集农业开发与工业旅游为一体的大型循环经济企业。

After the restructuring, the main economic indicators of the winery increased at an average annual rate of 30%, and the core product "Yuquan square bottle" has won many awards and received frequent reports. In June 2008, Hong Kong Jinliufu investment under Huaze group formally controlled "Heilongjiang Yuquan liquor industry Co., Ltd.". After the merger and acquisition, Huaze group will continue to strengthen Yuquan, expand the advantages within the province, and steadily expand the market outside the province. In 2009, the Group invested 50 million yuan to build a large-scale 11000 ton automatic storage center in Yuquan liquor industry. In 2010, the Group invested another 50 million yuan to introduce the domestic liquor automation production line and build a new packaging workshop.
