广西品牌黄记玥亮，始创于1930年代的合浦县公馆镇，是专注于大月饼生产的月饼世家，拥有八十多年的大月饼制作工艺。数十年来，黄记玥亮心手相传，让纯真品质的黄记大月饼香飘四方，成为广西北部湾地区极富特色的饮食文化代表，深受全国广大消费者喜爱。

为了适应发展需要，2014年，公司投巨资于合浦星岛湖兴建的大型生产基地投入使用，一举成为国内出色的月饼生产企业；现代化生产厂址占地一万多平方米，配置10万级高洁净生产车间，拥有国内专业的月饼生产线，日产月饼可达6万公斤。专业的生产工艺、科学的管理，更让黄记玥亮星岛湖生产基地获得暨南大学EMBA创新实践基地称号。
