新疆浩源天然气股份有限公司，的前身是阿克苏浩源天然气有限责任公司，成立于2006年2月，2010年9月完成股份制改造。公司于2012年9月21日在深圳证券交易所中小板挂牌上市（证券代码：002700）。

公司座落于天山南麓的托木尔峰脚下，塔里木河上游北缘，俗有“塞外江南，鱼米之乡，瓜果之乡”的阿克苏市。公司现有控股子公司1个，分公司5个，公司总部内设10个部门。2014年底拥有员工500余人。

公司主营天然气输配、销售和入户安装业务。目前业务已覆盖新疆阿克苏市、乌什县、阿瓦提县、克州阿合奇县、喀什地区巴楚县、阿克苏纺织工业城（开发区）、阿克苏经济技术开发区、拜城县重化工园区以及甘肃省部分市域。

公司所在的塔里木盆地，蕴藏着丰富的油气资源，已经探明的天然气资源总量达10万亿立方米，是我国“西气东输”工程的源头地区。公司主力气源来自中石油塔里木油田分公司的英买力气田，2014年又成功对接了南疆天然气利民工程（环塔管线）的管道，为公司提供了第二气源。目前，公司已形成两个气源互补的模式，为服务当地用户提供了稳定的供应支撑。

截止2014年底，公司已拥有天然气长输管道148公里，城市高、中压市政管道233公里，门站7座，CNG母站1座，CNG加气站16座，CNG运输车21辆、牵引车12辆。

The company is located at the foot of Tomur peak at the south foot of Tianshan Mountain and the north edge of the upper reaches of Tarim River. It is popular in Aksu City, which is "the south of the Great Wall, the land of fish and rice, the land of fruits". The company has 1 holding subsidiary, 5 branches and 10 departments in the headquarters. By the end of 2014, it had more than 500 employees. The company is mainly engaged in natural gas transmission and distribution, sales and household installation business. The total proved natural gas resources amount to 10 trillion cubic meters, which is the source area of China's "west to East Gas Transmission" project. The main gas source of the company comes from Yingmaili Gas Field of PetroChina Tarim Oilfield Branch. In 2014, the company successfully connected the pipeline of South Xinjiang natural gas benefit project (ring tower pipeline), providing the second gas source for the company. At present, the company has formed two complementary modes of gas sources, providing stable supply support for serving local users. By the end of 2014, the company had 148 kilometers of long-distance natural gas pipelines, 233 kilometers of urban high and medium pressure municipal pipelines, 7 gate stations, 1 CNG master station, 16 CNG filling stations, 21 CNG transport vehicles and 12 tractors.
