河北津海实业集团有限公司正式成立于1982年11月，其前身是河北津海制衣有限公司，下辖保定津海服装有限公司，河北泉镜花服饰有限公司、保定法兰博戈服饰有限公司三大经济实体。2015年11月4日，保定津海服装股份有限公司正式在北京挂牌上市。
