The production line is located on the back hillside of Zhengzhuang village at the junction of Dengfeng and Yuzhou, covering an area of more than 110 mu, with reasonable and compact process layout. Dengfeng Songji Cement Co., Ltd. adheres to the tenet that quality is the life of the enterprise, strictly controls the product quality in the production process, and invests more than 6 million yuan to build a comprehensive technical center with complete testing equipment and high degree of automation. The technical center is equipped with quality management room, production process testing control room, chemical analysis laboratory, physical performance testing laboratory and new product R & D room, which lays a solid foundation and provides guarantee for quality control and product R & D in the production process. From the arrival of raw materials to the delivery of finished products, we have set up more than 60 inspection links, and each production link has pre homogenization and homogenization facilities.
