登封市嵩基水泥有限公司是一个典型的低碳节能项目。为了充分利用水泥窑生产过程中废弃的热量，配套建设12MW余热发电机组，每年发电量在9000万度以上，每年可减少CO2排放量5万多吨，节约标准煤2万多吨，已经国家发改委批准正在审报CDM碳基金的专项支持，已和国外一家公司达成了碳交易协议，每年可获碳交易资金500万元人民币。在现有运行的生产线上，共配套六十三台套收除尘设备，总投资6000多万元，其中窑头、窑尾全部采用大布袋收尘器，排放指标能达到国家规定标准，是一个典型的环保示范项目。此外，在生产过程中我们把电厂排放的废弃物粉煤灰、脱硫石膏作辅料，变废为宝，每年的利用量在70万吨以上，申请了资源综合利用产品退税资格，此项可为企业每年带来超千万元的收益，同时也为发展循环经济带好了头，为公司的可持续发展奠定了良好的基础。

Dengfeng Songji Cement Co., Ltd. was registered and approved by Henan development and Reform Commission in November 2007, with complete approval procedures for environmental protection, water conservancy, land, planning, power industry, etc. The ground was broken on August 6, 2008, and the pilot production was officially started on March 7, 2010. The production line is located on the back hillside of Zhengzhuang village at the junction of Dengfeng and Yuzhou, covering an area of more than 110 mu, with reasonable and compact process layout. Dengfeng Songji Cement Co., Ltd. adheres to the tenet that quality is the life of the enterprise, strictly controls the product quality in the production process, and invests more than 6 million yuan to build a comprehensive technical center with complete testing equipment and high degree of automation. The technical center is equipped with quality management room, production process testing control room, chemical analysis laboratory, physical performance testing laboratory and new product R & D room, which lays a solid foundation and provides guarantee for quality control and product R & D in the production process. From the arrival of raw materials to the delivery of finished products, we have set up more than 60 inspection links, and each production link has pre homogenization and homogenization facilities. In order to make full use of the waste heat in the production process of cement kiln, a 12MW waste heat power generation unit is built, with annual power generation capacity of more than 90 million degrees, annual CO2 emission reduction of more than 50000 tons and standard coal saving of more than 20000 tons. In the existing production line, there are 63 sets of dust collection and removal equipment, with a total investment of more than 60 million yuan.
